• Be Presentable / Flexible with the shifts
• All Executives need to attend and greet Passengers properly
• Have to update them about Rapido services
• Book the Rapido Cap for their Destination / Guide them
• Assist them with a sweet gesture / Offer Them Water
• Assist/help them with their luggage bags
