Job Description
- Inventory & Stock Management: Receiving and unpacking new shipments, verifying quantities against delivery notes, and restocking shelves using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to ensure product freshness.
- Customer Service: Greeting shoppers, helping them locate products, answering basic inquiries, and promoting current sales or discounts.
- Store Maintenance: Keeping the sales floor, aisles, and storerooms clean through regular sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
- Merchandising: Organizing product displays and ensuring all items have accurate and legible price tags.
- Operational Support: Assisting with loading and unloading materials, helping during inventory counts, and supporting the cashiers or sales staff during peak Hours.
- May need to load unload goods when required.
