Stores / Warehouse Executive

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Packaging: Responsible for carton box packing and overall packaging of consumables and other related items as per company standards
• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
• Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries and manage shipments.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, health standards, and quality controls within the warehouse environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize space, and implement best practices for warehouse layout and procedures.
• Documentation: Prepare various reports and documents on warehouse activities, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Store/Warehouse management
• Must know MS Office, MS Excel
• B.Com/ M.Com/ Any Graduate
