Job Title: Team Leader – Automobile Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Automobile Sales to oversee and guide the sales team at our dealership. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching sales consultants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall showroom performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth automobile knowledge, and a proven sales track record.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom revenue
• Assist sales consultants in closing high-value deals
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings
• Train and mentor new and existing sales staff
• Manage customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
• Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals
• Valid driver’s license
