Job OverviewA Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to inform customers about products or services, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding products or services.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales targets.
• Record call details and update CRM systems.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or Graduate.
• Experience in telecalling / customer service / sales is preferred but not always required.
• Working ConditionsOffice or call-center environment.
• Shift-based work may be required.
• Performance-based incentives are often included.
• Average Salary (India)₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience and company.
