 Business Development Manager – Credit Housing Society

Role Overview:

The role involves creating and managing a part-time sales team that sells Fixed Deposits and Loan Products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, reaching out, onboarding, and motivating sales partners through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and grow a part-time sales team (agents, advisors, field executives)

Identify and reach out to potential team members via:

Cold calling

Networking

Social media platforms

Referrals

Onboard sales team members on fixed salary + incentive model

Train the team on products:

Fixed Deposits

Home Loans

Personal Loans

Gold Loans

Support team members in lead generation and closures

Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met

Motivate and retain high-performing team members

Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams

Maintain basic MIS and performance reports

Team Structure:

Part-time sales executives / agents

Skills Required:

Strong communication & convincing skills

Experience in sales hiring / team building

Knowledge of banking, NBFC, or finance products

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Leadership and people-management skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in NBFC / Housing Finance / Banking / Credit Society

Experience in building agent or advisor networks

Sales or business development background

Education:

Graduate (Preferred, not mandatory)
