Telecalling Executive

You will devote full time and attention to the services of VK’s Digital Consultancy and discharge your duties faithfully and honestly as directed by the company from time to time.

As a Telesales Executive, you will handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and sales calls as assigned by the management.

Make daily outbound calls to potential clients as per the data provided by the company.

Explain company services, offers, and packages clearly to leads.

Maintain and update the lead database regularly (Google Sheets/CRM).

Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.

Handle inbound calls and Justdial/website leads professionally and promptly.

Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets.

Communication & Reporting:

Send daily updates and reports of calls made, leads generated, and client feedback on WhatsApp or email.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead nurturing and closures.

Maintain professional communication etiquette on calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Assist in client retention and after-sales communication when needed.

Other Duties:

Participate in team meetings, training programs, and review sessions organized by the company.

Maintain confidentiality of company data, leads, and client information.

Support management in any additional marketing or communication activity as directed.
