Job Description: Locus Infovision is looking for a Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for consumer electronics such as cameras, speakers, LED/LCD panels, and TVs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand customer needs to drive sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and take inbound sales inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable consumer electronic products.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate data entry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Provide product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Requirements:Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of consumer electronics like cameras, speakers, LED/LCD panels, and TVs is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
