Job Description

Job Summary The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products and services to customers, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and accurate CRM updates.

  1. Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calling
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide product information.
  1. Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on requirements.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and sales meetings for the field sales team.
  1. Product Promotion
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Share brochures, catalogues, and quotations via email/WhatsApp.
  1. Follow-ups & Closures
  • Regularly follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order processing.
  1. CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM.
  • Update enquiry status, feedback, and next action points daily.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Address basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  1. Reporting
  • Submit daily call reports and weekly sales progress reports.
  • Track targets and performance metrics.
  • Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / telemarketing (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
