TIG Welder

• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel materials (304, 316, and related grades)
• Set up TIG welding machines, select correct tungsten, filler rods, and shielding gas
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Weld thin to medium-thickness stainless steel sheets, pipes, and structural components
• Maintain proper heat control to prevent distortion, burn-through, and discoloration
• Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and fitting prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and appearance
• Repair weld defects when required
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop standards
• Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness
• Work with fabrication and quality teams to meet production schedules
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a TIG welder on stainless steel

Required Skills & Qualification:

• ITI Welder (mandatory)
• 1 to 15 years experience as TIG Welder
• Experience in stainless steel pipe welding preferred
