Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced professional to manage warehouse operations at our Mumbai location. The role involves handling day-to-day warehouse activities, stock management, inward and outward material movement, dispatch coordination, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage daily warehouse operations including inward and outward movement of materials.

·      Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory management.

·      Coordinate loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery activities.

·      Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of materials in the warehouse.

·      Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.

·      Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

·      Supervise warehouse staff, labour, and transport vendors.

·      Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports.

·      Handle damaged, short, or excess stock reporting and resolution.

Key Qualifications

·      Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and dispatch management

·      Experience in manufacturing, steel, industrial products, or logistics preferred

·      Good knowledge of stock handling, material movement, and documentation
