Job Description

The customer service executive will manage front-line operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and accurate record-keeping.


They will handle basic administrative tasks while providing essential support to customers.


This role demands attention to detail and customer focus.


Key Responsibilities:

Tracks and updates customer data, including contact details, purchase history, and preferences in the store's system.

Accounts for all daily incoming payments from transactions and outgoing payments such as refunds or vendor settlements.

Assists customers entering the shop with product information, queries, and transaction processing.

Maintains cleanliness and organization at the counter area.

Prepares daily reports on transactions and customer visits.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma; commerce background preferred.

Basic computer skills for data entry and payment software.

Strong numerical aptitude for handling cash and records.

Excellent communication for customer service.

0-2 years experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
