Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

1.Data Entry & Documentation

• Accurately input data related to stock inward, outward, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch, and returns into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software.
• Maintain records of inventory levels, shipments, and order details.
• Update logs for cycle counts, stock adjustments, and audits.

2.Inventory Management

• Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

3.Order Processing

• Verify and record picklists, dispatch orders, and transporter details.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders and delivery notes.

4.Reporting & Analysis

• Generate MIS reports, including stock aging, SKU movements, and performance metrics.
• Provide data insights to warehouse managers for operational improvements.

5.Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and organizational data management protocols.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transporters, and clients for data accuracy and issue resolution.
