Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to handle sales activities for FMCG products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributor/retailer relationships, and expanding market presence.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis
- Promote FMCG products and generate orders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and collection targets
- Ensure product availability and visibility in stores
- Onboard new retailers and expand market coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure proper merchandising and brand placement
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback
