Job Summary

Arton Homes is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in civil construction, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute residential and commercial construction projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Handle multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.

Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple residential or real estate projects.

Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract management.

Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
