Account Executive (Accounting)

1. Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including:

• Sales invoices
• Purchase invoices
• Expense entries
• Bank and cash transactions

Assist in preparation of:

• Monthly accounts
• Profit & Loss statements (project-wise, if required)
• Outstanding receivables and payables reports

Coordinate with the Finance Manager for:

• GST/TDS data preparation
• Audit-related documentation

Track payments received and pending collections.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

2. Account Handling Responsibilities

Act as a coordination point between:

• Clients
• Operations team
• Finance department

Maintain client-wise records including:

• Project details
• Invoices raised
• Payment status

• Share invoices, follow up for approvals, and support payment collection.
• Ensure all client communications related to billing and documentation are recorded properly.
• Support smooth project closure from a financial and documentation perspective.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

Accurate data entry of:

• Financial transactions
• Client details
• Project/job records

• Maintain updated databases in Excel / ERP / Accounting Software.
• Ensure consistency between operational data and financial records.
• Maintain digital and physical files in an organised manner.
• Generate basic MIS reports as required by management.
