Account Executive (Finance & Operations)

We need an Account Executive to handle daily accounting, client billing, and data entry. Reports to Finance Manager; supports smooth financial workflows with strong accuracy.

Key Duties

• Manage sales/purchase invoices, expenses, bank/cash entries.
• Prepare monthly accounts, P&L, receivables/payables reports.
• Handle GST/TDS prep, audits, payment tracking.
• Coordinate clients, operations, finance; follow up on invoices.
• Accurate data entry in Excel/ERP/Tally; generate MIS reports.

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; 1-3 years exp (freshers OK with skills).
• Tally, MS Excel, Google Workspace; detail-oriented, good communication.
• KPIs: Accurate entries, timely reports, zero discrepancies.
