Job Title: Delivery Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. The role involves handling packages, following delivery routes, and maintaining a professional attitude while interacting with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders to customers on time
• Verify delivery details (address, contact number, items) before dispatch
• Collect payments (cash/online) when required and submit them accurately
• Ensure packages are handled safely and delivered in good condition
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Maintain delivery records and update delivery status in the system/app
• Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic delivery issues
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum education: 10th pass (or as per company policy)
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler, as applicable)
• Own vehicle (if required by the company)
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS/navigation apps
• Good communication skills and professional behavior
• Physically fit to handle delivery tasks
