Field Collection Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated and certified Field Executive (DRA Certified) to join our growing team. This role involves field visits to customers for collections, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely and effective recovery of dues. Your negotiation skills, professionalism, and DRA certification will be key assets in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and ensure timely follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate records, manage customer interactions with diplomacy, and uphold high service standards.

Reporting & Compliance:

Provide regular updates to management on collection status and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

Negotiation & Conflict Resolution:

Resolve payment issues through effective communication and negotiate payment terms where necessary.

Requirements:Education:

10th Pass/ 12th Pass

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply

Essential Skills:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation abilities

Problem-solving mindset

Desirable Skills:

Understanding of credit control & financial documentation

Basic knowledge of legal norms related to collections

Certifications:

✅ DRA Certification – Mandatory                                         

Other Requirements:

Valid driving license

Reliable mode of transport (bike preferred)
