Job SummaryThe Retail Sales Officer (RSO) at JK Jewellery is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving in-store sales, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity. The role involves assisting customers with jewellery selection, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements
• Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections effectively
• Explain product details including purity, pricing, making charges, and certifications
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/credit transactions accurately
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the store
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Support stock management, tagging, and periodic stock counts
• Follow company policies related to security, ethics, and customer service
• Assist during promotions, festivals, and special sales events
• Requirements & QualificationsGraduate or equivalent (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge
