Maintenance Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

• He is responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment and machinery in PMS, Piston foundry & forge plant and pin plant.
• He is responsible for tooling management. He is responsible for providing company level data. He is responsible for identification and implementation of continual improvement projects.
• He is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality systems in his area. He is responsible for providing quality related training to maintenance and tool store personnel.
• He is responsible for finalizing technical specs for machining & foundry equipment's
• The effectiveness of the training is evaluated. He is an key member in new projects and new equipment installation.
• He ensures good housekeeping and good working environment.
• He is authorized to initiate and implement corrective and preventive action arising out of product , process or quality system non- conformities.
• He is a member of APQP Team

 

Total Experience: 20 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical or Mechanical)
