🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Zoho Books, preferably with experience in the hospitality sector. The role requires managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books.

✔️ Maintain accurate financial records: invoices, expenses, vendor payments, and receipts.

✔️ Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with timely follow-ups.

✔️ Perform bank reconciliation, ledger updates, and cash flow tracking.

✔️ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS).

✔️ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

✔️ Coordinate with operations and property teams for billing and expense verification.

✔️ Assist with audits, documentation, and financial data management.

✔️ Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
