Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
• Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery products to customers
• Explain product details such as design, quality, purity, pricing, and care
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items
• Keep records of sales transactions and customer details

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to close sales and handle high-value transactions
• Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, or willingness to learn

Qualification:

• Minimum B.Com (as per company standards)
