Accountant/ Accounts Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries, including vouchers, invoices, and ledger posting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and reports.
• Analyze financial data and generate MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records as per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial clarifications and documentation.

Required Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory, including:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Data validation and conditional formatting
• Excel formulas and functions
• Strong command over Excel shortcut keys for fast and efficient working
• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data with accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Additional accounting or finance certification will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Hands-on experience in Excel-based reporting and data analysis is essential.
