Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career advice, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about college admissions, courses, and career options.
• Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and guidance.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in designated tools.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams to manage application and admission processes.
• Follow up with students for documentation, fee submission, and other admission formalities.
• Meet individual and team admission targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with education trends, university programs, and admission guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Education: Minimum Bachelor's

• Minimum 6month of experience in education counselling, admission, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in attitude.
