🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Academic Counsellor at Academiafest, you will:

1. Student Counselling: Engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, offering guidance on admission opportunities in MBA and other professional programs.
2. Lead Management: Manage and nurture student leads with care, ensuring maximum conversions into successful admissions.
3. Application Support: Assist students in completing college application forms accurately and on time.
4. Admission Process Guidance: Coordinate and schedule Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI), ensuring students are well-prepared for every stage.

• 🎓 Qualifications & SkillsPost Graduate degree (pursuing or completed).
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to confidently engage in phone-based counselling.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for education and mentoring students.
• 🕒 Working HoursShift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
