Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Patna, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing financial and insurance-related guidance to clients, managing and leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and actively driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Insurance concepts and practices
• Experience in Team Management and leading groups towards objectives
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in hybrid environments
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
