Franchise Manager / Channel partner 

•  Identifying and prospecting potential franchisees through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities. 
• Presenting the franchise opportunity to prospective partners, highlighting the benefits and potential for success. 
• Negotiating franchise agreements and closing deals with qualified candidates. 

Area of Responsibility:

·        Acquisition of New Business Partner of Share Khan Limited

·        Handholding & Training of new Business Partner

·        Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outlet

Primary Responsibility:

·        New Franchisee acquisition

·        Presence of Share khan in all major districts of Bihar

·        Share khan Software training

·        Preparation of Prospect List with the help of BP

·        Training BP & their employee for client acquisition/app demo etc

·        Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc installation at BP outlet

·        LMS calling & Sending MIS on daily basis

·        Monthly Report

Additional Responsibility

• ·        Inauguration of BP with his clients
• ·        Monthly Report & Daily MIS
• ·        Partners & their staff training on Investments, Trading, Trade Tiger. etc
• ·        Liaoning with other departments to quickly resolve HNI client/BP queries.
•     Knowledge of the Broking Industry.
• ·        Sales and Business Development
• ·        Negotiation and Closing Skills
• ·        Equity / MF Knowledge.
•    Travel reimbursement as per actual. 

SALARY & PACKAGE

          Salary from 25000 to 35000 + Performance incentive
