Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary

The Full Stack Website Developer at CS Groups is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing end-to-end websites and web applications. The role involves working on front-end technologies, back-end development, and CMS-based solutions including WordPress blogs and e-commerce websites, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and high-quality user experience—aligned with business goals and professional development standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build dynamic web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/PSD) into pixel-perfect web pages
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize front-end performance, loading speed, and SEO structure

2. Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP (Laravel) and/or Node.js
• Use Python for backend scripting, automation, or API integration where required
• Design, manage, and optimize databases (MySQL / MongoDB)
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization

3. WordPress (Blog & E-commerce) Development

• Develop and manage WordPress Blogs and CMS-based websites
• Build and customize WordPress E-commerce websites using WooCommerce
• Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Handle product uploads, payment gateway integration, and order workflows
• Optimize WordPress websites for SEO, speed, and security
• Perform website updates, backups, and regular maintenance

4. Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with designers, marketing, and content teams for smooth execution
• Understand project requirements and deliver within defined timelines
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting when required

5. Quality Control & Best Practices

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Follow coding standards, version control, and company SOPs
• Ensure error-free delivery with minimum rework
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams

Technical Skills

Front End:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Qualifications
