Hardware & Network Engineer

📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Network Support Engineer / Hardware Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and network infrastructure. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to users.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Set up and manage network systems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues (RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.)
• Install and update operating systems and software
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly
• Manage printers, scanners, and other devices
• Ensure network security (firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
• Perform regular data backups and system updates
• Maintain IT documentation and reports

🎯 Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches)
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of remote support tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
