Position: Inventory controller ( Retail )

Location: Various locations in Bihar only

Job Summary:

An Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of stock records, and supporting smooth supply chain operations. The role focuses on verifying stock records, identifying discrepancies, minimizing inventory losses, and supporting process improvements across warehouses, stores, or production units.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct periodic inventory audits (physical and system-based) across locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts, periodic audits)
• Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and causes.
• .Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
• Generate inventory reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Math is average / good 

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred. (BBA, B.com, B.sc in math ) 
• Minimum One years of experience in retail loss prevention.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to access all the company’s properties to inspect security measures.
