Job Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic Junior Accountant to manage our financial records using Zoho Books. Unlike traditional accounting roles, this position requires someone who thrives on automation, cloud-based workflows, and real-time data management.
Key Responsibilities
* ERP Management: Handle day-to-day accounting operations exclusively on Zoho Books.
* Banking: Automate bank feeds and perform weekly reconciliations.
* Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS payments.
* Invoicing: Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable and follow up on aging payments.
* Reporting: Generate monthly Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance).
* Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory) and MS Excel. Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or CRM is a huge plus.
* Mindset: A "digital-first" approach. We are looking for someone who prefers cloud automation over manual registers.
* Communication: Fluent in Hindi and functional English.
