1. Business Development - Key Responsibilities (Patna, Bihar)I. Core Mission Drive revenue growth and market share for Homediq's home healthcare and diagnostic services within Patna and the surrounding Bihar region.
2. Establish and execute localized strategic plans to capitalize on regional market opportunities.
3. II. Sales & Partnerships Lead B2B sales: Target and secure contracts with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctor groups, and corporates.
4. Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and manage professional relationships with hospital administrators and influential doctors (KOLs) in the Patna healthcare community.
5. Negotiation & Closing: Efficiently negotiate and finalize high-value service agreements and strategic partnerships.
6. Meet or Exceed targets: Consistently achieve challenging monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.
7. III. Operations & Reporting Market Intelligence: Conduct local competitive analysis and market research to inform sales strategy.
8. Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and manage the entire sales pipeline and report weekly forecasts.
9. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure superior service delivery to institutional clients.
10. IV. Essentials Experience: 1+ years in Business Development/Sales within the Healthcare/Diagnostics industry.
11. Local Network (Critical): Proven existing network and working knowledge of the Patna/Bihar healthcare market.
12. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in Hindi/English preferred.
13. Commitment: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned Patna territory.
