Meta Ads Expert (Facebook Ads Specialist)

Job Overview: We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in running Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads. The role is strictly focused on lead generation campaigns, and the candidate will be responsible only for planning, executing, and optimizing ads on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Run lead generation ads to generate high-quality leads
• Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling
• Monitor ad performance and improve ROI (Cost per Lead)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Track and analyze campaign metrics using Meta Ads Manager
• Ensure consistent lead flow as per business requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads)
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Experience in audience targeting, pixel setup, and retargeting
• Ability to optimize campaigns for better performance and lower CPL
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools
• Basic understanding of ad creatives and copy performance
