Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Lead to oversee and manage multiple pharmacy retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading store teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage day-to-day operations of multiple pharmacy stores

* Monitor sales targets and ensure profitability

* Ensure compliance with Drug License, GST, and statutory norms

* Supervise store managers and pharmacy staff

* Control inventory, stock movement, and expiry management

* Conduct regular audits and performance reviews

* Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams

* Prepare MIS reports and present performance analysis

* Experience in handling multi-store pharmacy operations

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Good knowledge of pharmacy retail compliance
