We are hiring a Property Manager to handle daily operations, guest services, and staff coordination at our Patna homestay. The ideal candidate should be responsible, customer-focused, and experienced in hospitality operations.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Executive to manage day-to-day property operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties

• Ensure timely guest check-in and check-out coordination

• Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance standards

• Maintain accurate records in PMS software

• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping staff, and security

• Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements:

• Graduate or relevant experience in hospitality/property management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of PMS/attendance systems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
