Sales Executive

Aashirvaad Consultancy Services, Anandpuri, Patna, wants to hire Home based telecallers (female) for performing telesales and work as relationship manager with the present and future upcoming clients.

The candidates will be responsible to provide services of Finding Home Tutors through database, assist clients and generate leads for Insurance and mural funds sales, demat account opening sales, gst filing services etc.

The incentive structure will be as follows based on total revenue generated by the candidates to the business per month excluding gst.

upto Rs 15,000- nil

from Rs 15,001 to Rs 20,000- 10 %

from Rs 20,001 to Rs 30,000- 20 %

from Rs 30,001 and above- 30 %

The candidates will be provided sim card from consultancy side and would also be enrolled in esic.

There will be one fixed weekly off and one casual clinical leave each month.
