Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote property projects, and close sales deals. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, arranging site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, and online property portals.
• Promote and list properties on platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, and Housing.com.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
• Negotiate property prices and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing (freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property market trends and documentation.
