📱 About the Role

As a Social Media Marketing Associate, you’ll take charge of our brand presence across various platforms, plan content calendars, and collaborate with our creative team to deliver meaningful digital experiences.

💼 Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand’s voice and vision

Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and platform updates

Coordinate with the design team to create visually compelling content using tools like Canva

Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest data-driven improvements

Engage authentically with our community through comments, stories, and DMs

Foster meaningful online interactions related to spirituality and personal development

✅ Requirements

0–1 year of experience in social media management (freshers welcome!)

Strong understanding of social media platforms — especially Instagram and LinkedIn

Proficiency with Canva and basic design tools

Awareness of social media algorithms and performance insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A creative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for spirituality and personal growth
