- Manage and supervise a team of telecallers daily
- Assign daily targets and ensure achievement of individual and team goals
- Monitor calls for quality, compliance, and performance improvement
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions
- Motivate team members to improve conversion, productivity, and attendance
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints when required
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and discipline
- Train new joiners and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
