Qualification:

• 12th Pass and onwards.
• Candidates with a PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) education background are preferred.

Salary:

1.56 LPA - 3.60 LPA (Fixed) + 1.8 LPA (variable)

Work Location:

Patna (Boring Road / Kankarbagh / Bazar Samiti /Bailey Road), Bokaro, Saharsa, Daltonganj, Ranchi,Purnia, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote courses.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries effectively.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
• Maintain records of calls and update the CRM regularly.
• Convince prospective students to visit the centre or enrol directly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Desired Candidate Skills:

• Young, energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Professional and confident telephone etiquette.
• A candidate with Good Fluency in English and Hindi will be preferred.
• Good listening and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
