Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries and issues.
• Provide detailed information on product offerings and services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as assigned.
• Keep up to date with the company’s products, services, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and retention.
