Telecaller – Job Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and persuasive communicator to join our front-line calling team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into prospects, providing accurate information about services, maintaining call records, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Explain company products/services and generate interest.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM records daily.
• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide prompt responses and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and data handling ability.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Work Mode: On-site / (as per company policy)

Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
