The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, handling inquiries, and providing relevant information about our products/services. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or follow up on inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records accordingly.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase or avail of services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
