Akasa Finance Ltd is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telegram Recovery Callers to manage customer follow-ups and loan recovery through Telegram and calling support. The role focuses on reminding customers about overdue payments, resolving queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers through Telegram, phone calls, and messages for pending EMI/loan dues.

Send payment reminders, follow-up messages, and settlement updates via Telegram.

Convince customers to clear overdue amounts and guide them with payment links/modes.

Maintain daily follow-up records and update recovery status in the system.

Coordinate with field recovery teams for difficult or unresponsive cases.

Handle customer objections politely and provide solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI recovery guidelines.

Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
