  • Key Responsibilities:Student Counselling:

  • Guide students on career choices and educational opportunities in India and abroad (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, etc.).
  • Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (NEET, etc.), and scholarship options.
  • Assist with the selection of colleges/universities based on the student’s profile and preferences.
  • Admission Support:

  • Handle end-to-end admission processes including application filling, document verification, and follow-ups with institutions.
  • Provide support for admissions under State, Management, and NRI quotas.
  • Communication & Follow-ups:

  • Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face counselling sessions.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective students and their parents.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Documentation & Coordination:

  • Assist students with education loans, visa procedures (for study abroad), and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with colleges/universities for admission-related updates and seat availability.
  • Marketing & Outreach:

  • Participate in educational fairs, webinars, school/college visits, and seminars.
  • Assist with promotional activities including digital campaigns and social media content related to admissions.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling or student advisory roles (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of admission processes (especially medical/health sciences).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital platforms.
  • Key Competencies:Empathetic and student-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
