Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and enroll students in our certificate courses. The candidate will contact prospective students, explain course details, counsel them regarding career opportunities, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

Call prospective students from provided leads and databases

Explain course details, fees, duration, and career scope

Convince students/parents to enroll in certificate programs

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets

Follow up on pending leads and inquiries

Counseling

Understand student needs and career goals

Guide them on choosing the right course

Handle objections and provide solutions

Data Management

Maintain call records and admission data

Update CRM or Excel reports regularly

Coordinate with admission team for enrollment process

Communication

Send course details via WhatsApp, email, SMS

Build positive relationships with students

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi (must) and basic English

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Confidence in handling calls

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in telesales, education counseling, or call center preferred

Freshers with good communication skills can apply
