Role Overview:

The primary responsibility involves reaching out to potential clients and candidates to promote digital marketing and communication services. This role focuses on high-volume outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiating a high volume of calls to prospective clients (such as local election candidates, Mukhiyas, and Sarpanchs) to explain service offerings.

Service Promotion: Educating clients on digital products, specifically WhatsApp broadcasting, SMS marketing, and automated telecalling services.

Customer Support: Addressing queries regarding service packages and providing basic technical guidance on how the digital marketing tools work.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of calls made, interest levels, and follow-up schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, primarily in Hindi and local regional languages.

Skills: Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a persuasive yet polite demeanor.

Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital communication tools.
