About Us

Vaimanika Aerospace is a leading drone manufacturing company delivering advanced UAV solutions across Agriculture, Surveillance, Defense, and other sectors. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage GeM portal operations and government tender processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
• Upload and update product listings with accurate specifications, pricing, and certifications
• Create and maintain compliant product catalogs aligned with tender requirements
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions carefully
• Ensure all compliance documents (MSME, OEM authorization, certificates, etc.) are valid and updated
• Track latest GeM policies, bidding norms, L1 procedures, BOQ formats, and pricing regulations
• Participate in pre-bid meetings (online/offline) and raise technical/commercial queries
• Prepare and submit bids within deadlines
• Coordinate post-bid follow-ups and maintain proper documentation records
• Ensure zero rejection due to documentation or compliance errors

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GeM Portal and government tendering process
• Good understanding of compliance documentation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in GeM portal handling or government tendering

Candidate Preference

• Candidates based in Patna will be preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
