The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and support to students. As an Academic Counsellor cum Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling both academic counselling and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
    - Academic Counselling:

       -- Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, including course selection,
          academic planning, and career goals.

       -- Assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve 
          their academic performance.

       -- Provide students with information on scholarships, internships, and other educational 
          opportunities.

       -- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

    - Office Administration:

      -- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, 
         and maintaining student records.

      -- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors and students.

      -- Coordinate with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth functioning of the institute.

      -- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to student activities and academic 
         performance.

      -- Perform other administrative duties as required.

   - Requirements:

      -- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

      -- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      -- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      -- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

      -- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.

      -- Prior experience in academic counselling or office administration is preferred but not required.
