Position brief-:  The person will be responsible for providing substantive support for accounting aspects of the organization. This position will be accountable for the maintenance of accounting related systems, implement accepted methods of accounting and assure proper internal controls and perform guided assessments of controls related to financial activities, reporting and compliance. The Account & Admin officer will apply, reinforce general accounting standards and KAUSHALYA Foundation’s policies and procedures. Candidates should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. Ideal candidates should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Candidates should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. Ultimately, candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
